Northside Greenway Trail

The City of Missoula, Montana, received a $10,000 grant to develop the Northside Greenway Trail. This rail-trail project—built in partnership between the City's Non-motorized Transportation Program and the North Missoula Community Development Corporation—is a critical link in the local bicycle-commuter system.

Cuyuna Range Trail System

Bikes Belong's $10,000 grant to the Cuyuna Range Trails Committee helped build 5.3 miles of a proposed 20-mile rail-trail in Cuyuna County. The scenic route starts at the Croft Mine Historical Park, passes through Cuyuna State Recreation Area, and ends in downtown Crosby, MN, providing a safe alternative to the highway for cyclists and other non-motorized users. When complete, the trail will link to 60 miles of additional trail facilities.

Philadelphia Bicycle Network

This community outreach program helped to mobilize advocates behind the effort to complete some critical links in the planned 300-mile citywide bicycle network, while encouraging citizens to use Philadelphia's new and existing bicycle facilities.
