Bicycle manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and advocates flocked to the Bikes Belong booth to collect a lever set and learn how Bikes Belong works on behalf of the entire bike industry. • Bikes Belong members invested $1 million in a lobbying effort that netted $4.5 billion in federal funds for bicycling and walking.
• Through our Grants Program, we've awarded $1 million in cash that has leveraged $450 million in other funding.
• We forge alliances with powerful partners such as AARP, the PTA, the American Heart Association, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to broaden our effectiveness.
