Bikes Belong hosted a rousing fundraiser for BikesPAC September 27 in Las Vegas during Interbike. About 175 people attended the event, donating nearly $14,000 to the bicycle industry's bipartisan political action committee. Through BikesPAC, Bikes Belong collects donations from individuals and contributes the money to the campaigns of members of Congress who support bicycling. This is an essential part of our strategy to increase federal funding for bicycle facilities and programs.
