I provided opening remarks July 16 at a downtown Boulder, CO reception celebrating the new offices of the Pedal to Properties real estate firm. More than 120 people attended. Pedal to Properties is across the street from Bikes Belong's new headquarters at 1928 Pearl St. in Boulder.

Pedal to Properties uses a large fleet of cruiser bikes to show and sell residential real estate. After a successful launch in Colorado, Pedal to Properties has expanded to South Carolina and California and plans to offer franchises nationwide.
