Putting more people on bicycles more often since 1999 The Bikes Belong Grant Program supports cycling facilities and projects that improve health, strengthen bike businesses, and enhance quality of life in communities across the country.
We help build:

- BMX facilities
- big-city cycling initiatives
- innovative, high-profile bicycling projects that serve as national models
Since 1999, Bikes Belong has awarded more than $1.6 million in grants in 46 states and the District of Columbia. Bikes Belong grants have leveraged more than $523 million in federal, state, and local funding for bicycling projects and programs. Our facilities grants have helped build more than 1,450 miles of paths and trails for bicyclists, linking nearly 7,500 miles of bike facilities.
Our Members Make it Happen
The Bikes Belong Grant Program is funded by Bikes Belong members who participate in the Employee Pro Purchase Program. These member companies collect a small donation for the Bikes Belong Grant Program whenever bikes and equipment are purchased at a pro-deal discount.
